We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us within seven days of receiving of your order for a refund or exchange.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return unused product to us within seven days, however you will be responsible for shipping costs. Returns are subject to a $20 re-stocking fee.

We will do everything we can, within reason, to make you happy.
